Acheron is right. The chances of her becoming pregnant that way are incredibly small. You just touched the head of your penis to her vagina. Had you had an orgasm and there was cum on your penis at the time when the contact happened? It doesn't sound like it.

Don't freak out. You didn't even have sex. You just slept naked together. And, don't feel stupid either. You didn't know and you came to the right place to ask. Just make sure to always use protection when you have sex to keep an actual pregnancy out of the question.
