Non-PG13: Hitting my cervix?

Hey!

So, one thing my boyfriend loves to do when we have sex is put my legs up almost behind my head and hold them there, with me on my back (like missionary).

About a week ago though, when I was in that position, he went really deep a few times, and there was this sort of pressure at the back of my vagina, like he was hitting the back of it, like my cervix? I'm not sure, and I was wondering if that is even possible? It doesn't exactly 'hurt' it's just quite uncomfortable really, has anyone else experienced this?

Don't worry, you're not alone I've had this too, in that exact same position
I can't say for sure whether he is actually hitting your cervix although it is possible, when it happens to me it can hurt quite a lot and I'll have to prevent him from going quite so deep, but when it doesn't hurt a lot I also think it feels quite uncomfortable.

That position shortens your vagina and unless he's kind of short most girls are going to experience some discomfort if he goes deep. If anything you do hurts let him know immediately and make that something you don't do. Sex isn't supposed to be painful.

It is entirely possible for him to be hitting your cervix. The vagina isn't a never-ending tunnel, you know.

If you're in a position where cervix-bumping is likely to happen, ask him to go slowly and carefully until you two find a rhythm that works for you. If it's uncomfortable, say so! He probably won't get it unless you tell him that it isn't comfortable nor pleasurable for you.

It's very possible to hit your cervix. Many girls can actually touch their cervix on their own. The length of your vagina is not super long, contrary to popular belief. If it hurts, just tell him to knock it off and slow down. If he doesn't like it, give him a good squeeze next time he wants some lovin' and see how he feels when sex gets too hard. lol. Oh yes, I'm going to be a malicious girlfriend. Hurt me, I'll hurt you back, lol.

Just make sure to tell him to change the position a little or go slower so its not painful for you. Sex should always be full of pleasure, not pain!
