Breasts never actually stop growing. They are changing throughout our lives. As for the "growth spurt" during puberty, where they seem to appear from nowhere, that usually finishes somewhere around the ages of 16 to 19 years old.

I'm not very sure, but I think maybe when you hit your 20's. Besides, a woman's boobs will get bigger when she get's pregnant too, so...

Although my "growth spurt" finished a while ago, I have actually gone up a bra size since 19. So don't assume that the size they are at that age is the biggest they're ever going to be.

I'm not sure... I went from a B to a C just recently, at age 16. I would wager after a woman has her last child? Maybe?

I think early twenties? But meds can change that as well such as birth control. Even pregnancy can change your breast size. They can change a lot.
