I tthink that the best help is practise. Just remember girls want to kiss you, not a dog. Don't shove yourr toungue down her throat in the first 3 seconds.

Being honest, it comes pretty naturally.
 Can sometimes be a bit awkward at first, but then you get the hang of it. Just don't shove your tongue into their mouth/down their throat. If you're going to french, my personal opinion is that a little bit of tongue does the trick. Less is more in that case. Don't choke them with it.

The biggest mistake boys tend to make is shoving their tongues down the girl's throat, that's why other people keep mentioning it
But I would actually suggest not using tongue at all unless she introduces it. After over a year of being with my boyfriend, I still get weirded out when the tongue is like sudden and unexpected.

As others have said, don't shove your tongue down her throat
 It kinda scared me the first time someone kissed me like that because I thought I was going to suffocate or something.  So yeah, it usually just comes naturally so I think you'll be fine if you take it slow and not "suffocate" her
