Well, there is really no way to MAKE someone do or feel something that they don't..
I would talk to the girl that you're interested in. Get to know her. Once you decide you like her and want to go out with her, make your feelings known. Word of advice though- NEVER force your feelings, or pressure her. Take her on dates, and treat her with respect. Act and be interested in the things she has to say. Laugh with her, and relate to her. Good luck!

Yeah. There isn't any way to make some one love you or have feelings for you. People need to come to these conclusions by themselves. You can't force them to feel things they don't.

Act confident around girls, very important.
Be elusive to them. You'll gain their interest and have a lot of fun. Give them compliments, look in their eyes when they talk. Some nice clothes, and being a good looking helps, I guess. Get them interested and curious. I haven't even had my first kiss, or even hug yet. But I've also had a lot of girls interested in me, which I rejected.
