Are you sexually active? Or are you going to be getting your period soon? I know my breasts hurt or become more tender when I'm near my period. If you've been sexually active within the last month or so, it could mean that you're pregnant. If you suspect this, you should take a pregnancy test. If not, give it a few days and see if the pain goes away. If it does, you're fine. If it doesn't, seek medical advice.
