i was drunk the other night and knew that the guy who was staying over with me didnt want to do anything physical because of another girl he is exclusive with but he told me that it was hard for him not to do anything with me. so i kinda initiated a lot and finally we hooked up a little bit. i kinda feel bad now for taking advantage of him...

Definitely a mistake. You crossed a boundary that shouldn't have been crossed, and you pressured him into doing things. Sure, he wanted to do them, what guy wouldn't? But, just because he said it was "hard not to hook up with you" wasn't an invitation to initiate anything. Now, you're going to have to live with the guilt, and so will he since he had an exclusive girlfriend.

And this is why drinking is bad (if not controlled). Most people dont think clearly, and obviously you are regretting what you did - and Im sure he is in some way too. There isnt much I can really say here but learn your lesson. Dont do it again. I know I sound like a parent but it was a no-no.

I would talk to him about what happened. You were both under the influence, and with that, consent cannot be given under the influence. It is neither your exclusive faults, you initiated, and he kept going, none of you giving consent. I would talk to him, and apologize for your fault in the matter. He's going to have to face up to his girlfriend about this, and you're going to have to live with it as well. But none of this is the entire end of the world. Just stay calm, and forgive yourself, we all make mistakes.
