Re: Sexting: Should it be legal? -

Have you done it before?: Yes
2. Do you think it's wrong?: No (as long as it's consensual) 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: No. I see no practical way to reinforce this. I would not want the government to look through text and same with parents (unless they had reasonable cause). 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: No. If parents become aware they might scold their child and give them a sex talk but that's about it. 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: I suppose so. I don't think the person should be punished though. Negative reinforcement rarely works. Sometimes tears say all there is to say. Sometimes your first scars don't ever fade away. Tried to break my heart, well it's broke. Tried to hang me high, well I'm choked. Wanted rain on me, well I'm soaked. Soaked to the skin. It's the end where I begin.

1. Have you done it before?: Yes on many occasions! Personally I enjoy it (not so much the picture taking part - but that's just issues I have)
2. Do you think it's wrong?: Not at all! There are some moral issues involved, I've been lucky in that (as far as I know anyway) none of the pictures/texts have been seen by anyone else or posted online! 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: I should hope not! I can see why you might think it's a good idea - I mean 14 year olds shouldn't be sexting. Like the above poster said, I can't see anyway this could be enforced. Common sense would say whatever the legal age limit for sex is in your country/state is. 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: Again, how could this be enforced? From the Government, it couldn't be!! That would be an infringement of our Human Rights surely (isn't there one for the right to privacy??) 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: Personally, I don't think it's any of the parents' business. (OK if they are a minor it might be). But can you really punish a child for sexting? In the same way you can punish a child for having the real thing? So much for that idea ...

1. Have you done it before?: No
2. Do you think it's wrong?: No 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: Yes 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: No. 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?:Why are they being punished? If you're a parent and don't like the idea of your child doing it then explain to them why. Punishing them won't work. At least it wouldn't for me when I was younger. Sex is normal. I don't know why some people seem to think it isn't. If they're both minors doing it then nobody's really in the wrong. It's not a good idea but it's not like they're being groomed into doing it. ![]() |

1. Have you done it before?: Yes to my boyfriend
2. Do you think it's wrong?: No but that only depends on the situation. You should not send it to someone you are not in relationship or someone you do no trust. Also if you receive a picture from someone it is wrong to send it to someone else 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: yes I believe it should be the same as the age of consent 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: No because I don't really know how you would punish this 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: No because parents will punish it no matter what |

1. Have you done it before?: Yes
2. Do you think it's wrong?: Not if you're over the age of consent and/or it's consensual. (if it's not consensual, it's sexual harassment) 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: yes. age of consent 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: yes, it could be the equivalent of statutory rape 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: No If you need someone to talk to, my PM box is always open.

Yes, I have done it before.
No, I do not think it's wrong. However, I do think younger teens should not do it. Also, if minors are not penalized for having sex they should not be penalized for sexting either. Yet, it is child porn which is wildly innapropriate. Plus, I regret the one time when I did this and definitely would not do it again. In some cases it is wrong to sext but generally it shouldn't be worried about too much as long as it stays between the two people sharing these message and photos. Don't let anyone say you're not beautiful, stay true to you!

1. Have you done it before?: Yes
2. Do you think it's wrong?: No 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: Yes, around 17 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: Yes 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: No, The law should decide. If I let you in, you'd just want out. If I tell you the truth, you'd vie for a lie. If I spilt my guts, it would make a mess we can't clean up. If you follow me, you will only get lost. If you try to get closer, we'll only lose touch. |

1. Have you done it before?: Yes
2. Do you think it's wrong?: No 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: Yes, but I'm not sure how they could regulate that. 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: Probably not minors who do it. But adults that do it with minors should have consequences. 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: Probably. But I doubt it would do much. Since this way they can't get STDs or Pregnant. So what's the problem? Are they going to stop their kids from masturbating too? Pansexual. Problematically Pierced. Disturbed and Depressed. And a Lost Realist. Got a question? I might just have an answer. Feel free to PM me. ![]() |

Re: Sexting: Should it be legal? -

1. Have you done it before?: No
2. Do you think it's wrong?: depends on age 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: yes I think 18 should be the age 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: yes because they can be sending photos to a friend and then that friend can send it to another then that can lead to the minor being rape or committing suicide. 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: Yes because their child does not need any pressure in to sex and or being blackmailed for sex and it the parents job to check their child cell and make sure they are not sending nude pics. |

Sexually Explicit Conversations: ( ex. *dirty action words/descriptions* )
1. Have you done it before?: Yes. 2. Do you think it's wrong?: No. 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: Yes, but not a legal age limit. Just a generalized one. When the teenager is mature. 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: No legal consequences, but if the child is way under the age of being mature enough to engage in that type of conversation, then yes. From their parents. 5. Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: No. Unless the child is way under the age of being mature enough to engage in that type of conversation, then yes. From their parents. Nude/Partially Nude Pictures: 1. Have you done it before?: No. 2. Do you think it's wrong?: Yes. 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: Yes. 18 years old. 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: Yes. Nothing legal, though. Unless the pictures being distributed are not of them and are of another minor. 5. Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: Yes. Unless the pictures being distributed are not of them and are of another minor. Then the law should get involved. Re: Sexting: Should it be legal? -

Have you done it before?: No. I don't have a cell phone and I've never had someone to do that with.
2. Do you think it's wrong?: Not really unless both agree to it, if they don't, no. 3. Do you think there should be an age limit?: No. It's the person's choice to Sext, not someone else's. 4. Should there be consequences for minors that do sext?: Not really, i mean, having sex with a boyfriend or girlfriend is something that needs a sex lecture, not a conversation because their writing the dirty things "they'd do". 5. (Depending on your answer to the last question.) Should the parents decide whether they should be punished or not?: Parents always decide to punish or lecture even if it's none of their fucking buisness, it's going to happen no matter what you do. But punishment is never useful for either. In a world filled with diversity, I am just another oddity.
