The chances of her becoming pregnant are extremely low, especially since you didn't actually go inside her. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Since you said before you didn't actually penetrate her, I'll assume you mean your penis was on or very close to her vagina. If you did ejaculate, then you could have gotten her pregnant, but if there was no ejaculation then there's no need to worry. Contrary to popular belief, precum hardly ever gets a woman pregnant. Precum contains no live sperm unless you ejaculated shortly before having sex. Simply urinating will remove sperm from the urethra, so If you urinated beforehand and had not ejaculated beforehand, the chances are almost zero.

As others have said, the chances of her becoming pregnant are VERY, VERY slim. You didn't penetrate her, and chances of getting pregnant by precum are very slim as well. Don't stress about it. If you do, it's only going to make you feel worse.

She's on her period. I highly, highly doubt she is pregnant. Remember, not only did you not penetrate her, you didn't ejaculate. Don't be worried because she's on her period, be relieved.

As far as her having a fever, she's probably just sick. You just recently had sex with her for the first time, if she was pregnant she wouldn't be having morning sickness yet. Just try to calm down. I'd just like to reiterate the point that even if you didn't penetrate her, some precum may have leaked out and although the chance is very, very small, it is still possible to get pregnant from that.
Always have at least one form of contraception be it the pill, condoms, or just plain abstinence. If you feel not having sex till you get married is the right choice for you, then well done, and I hope it works out.
