Girls won't scream everytime you have sex. Its usually if it feels really good and they orgasm.
For now, give her space. Was it her first time? She may be regretting it a bit or just be reflecting on what just happened. Just give her time and she should come around. I agree that you should give her some space. If it was her first time, she might be regretting it or she doesn't know how to feel about it. Just give her some space.

Not all girls scream or make a lot of noise when they're having sex, it varies from person to person. As for her not talking to you, I agree that you should give her some space especially if it was her first time because like the others have said, she might be regretting with it or dealing with what happened.
