I disagree with this, especially in the beginning of a relationship or when a girl is doing it for the first time in general. It needs to be established ahead of time between both parties what she is comfortable with and what she isn't when it comes to the male actually ejaculating.

Yeah, it's something you should discuss before, she needs to know your preference and you need to know hers. As everyone has already said, just ask. Some girls are totally grossed out by it and don't like the taste. Others don't really mind it. I don't mind it.
