I recently finally had sex with my boyfriend on new years eve, it was very special and did not hurt and it was great! Since then, we've done it 3 more times, we use condoms and I'm on the pill and taking it correctly and he uses condoms very responsibly, now that the first time is done and we're still in love as ever, how often do normal people do it a week? I enjoy it, and we hang out every day and always have the chance so how much should we do it? Thanks for all the help in advanced!

For me and my boyfriend, we only get to see each other so often. So, we have sex maybe 2-3 times when we do see each other. This also includes foreplay and such. It's not a lot, but we've been together long enough where it's not needed as often as it was in the beginning. We're past the honeymoon stage, so we're content with only doing it that often.

Well, I am only able to see my girlfriend a few times a week and only one of those days would be somewhere we can actually do that :3 So, we have sex about once a week; sometimes more than a few times on the same day, though.

Just depends how often you guys see each other and how comfortable people feel with having sex. Probably between 1 to 3 times a week maybe.

I'm long distance, but even when we were together-together, we didn't do it a whole lot. We were both very busy people, and we were in high school, so it was harder to get somebody alone. So we did it about 2-4 times a month I would guess. Something like that, it obviously varied from month to month. We'd do other things inbetween that, so maybe the number should be higher, but for penile-vaginal intercourse, that's how often. Are we normal? Probably not. Oh well.

I only see my boyfriend on the weekend. Usually it's just Saturday, Sunday too if we're lucky. Because of this we usually have sex when I go to his house, but usually only once or twice. Sometimes we don't have sex at all. Sex isn't a big part of our relationship right now, we just enjoy being together.

When I was with my ex, we did something whenever we had the chance. This was usually once every couple of days or so. Not usually full sex, but that was usually because we didn't have the time or the condoms. But there is no 'normal' amount. Just whatever feels right in your situation.

Why are you asking us? Do it as much as you want, eventually you'll settle into a rhythm that works well for you guys. If that's 125 times per week or if it's once a month, how are we supposed to know what will work for you?

I agree with Cody, there is no set amount. It's whatever you feel comfortable with and that could change week to week, month to month. So many factors can play into how often it happens. As for me and my experiences. Sometimes its every day, sometimes i can go 2-3 weeks.

I think like has been said, it's dependant upon when it feels right..
Me and my girlfriend only see each other for two/three days a week at a time, and we have sex pretty much every night we're together.. previously, I haven't done it that much.
You'll soon get into a pattern and do it more/less, depending on what you're comfortable with... But nobody can tell you how often you should be doing it, i's dependant on how you both feel!

i don't think there is a "normal" frequencies, for me depends on each other mood cause in my opinion as a couple we responsible n must fulfill each other needs ( we used to live together ) . . .

at least 1 time a day, usually 2, sometimes 5 . . .
