Why does it hurt him? ... - January 17th 2012, 05:51 PM

My boyfriend told me that when we don't use a condom, it hurts him because his foreskin comes back...
Is this normal?
I've never heard a guy complain before when we didn't use one

(im on the pill...don't panic or anything, im not being irresponsible)

Plus, when we use one and i start on top, it hurts me and i can't relax into it, I love being on top bbut alyways have to start on the bottom...
is this wierd??

I've never really heard of this happening to a guy, but maybe you need lubricants? For both him & you being on top. It makes it easier to move & stuff down there.

He's not circumsized, so it's not uncommon for it to be uncomfortable because his foreskin comes back. However, lube will help ease it for both of you. Especially when you don't use condoms. Condoms have a lubricant already on them, so that's probably why it's more comfortable for him when you use one.

Yes and no. It is normal, it's not particularly bad, but the only thing I would worry about is that some men are born with foreskins that are a bit too small for him. If I were you, I would tell him to talk to his doctor the next time he sees him, but not to worry about it. It's just that if this is causing him a lot of pain, he may want to get circumcised later in life. However, I think lubricant is a better temporary solution, but that he should just later bring up the question.

No, I know what you mean. I sometimes have trouble getting it in all the way myself without it being somewhat painful. I'm the exact same way. So I think this is normal. More lubricant might help this problem as well.

i think he likes it wet / slippery rather than dry ( same as me ). but kinda strange he prefer use condom ( as i personally very hard to ej*c with when use one )

i guess he is uncut n had a very sensitive head, and i assume you are dry ( cause on the pill )

be sure you are "ready" before let him enter, foreplay n intimacy . . .

Some uncut guys have tight foreskins. Normally when an uncut dude gets an erection, his foreskin pulls back exposing the head of his penis. If he's got a tight foreskin, this may not pull back and may be painful when it is "forced" back. Some guys have normal sex lives even though their foreskin does not pull back.

Guys with tight foreskins can "stretch" it by manipulating it to retract (usually during masturbation) as sort of an excersise to get it to stretch. When your boyfriend wears a rubber, his penis is probably sliding inside his foreskin AND inside the rubber so the foreskin is not being forced to pull back. When he doesn't and you guys aren't using enough lube, his foreskin is probably being forced back, causing pain.

Some guys have to have the foreskin made more loose by surgery. Some have to or want to just get circumsised and get it over with. My doctor advised against this at my age because it can be quite painful, and was not absolutely necessary in my case.

Yeah. I know about this cause... Uncut; tight foreskin; got tighter when hit puberty; taught it to stretch. Most fun "excersising" I ever had. Still cannot violently pull back the foreskin. That's still painful.

Try lube, but don't be afraid to talk to a doctor if that doesn't work.
