My boyfriend and I have been having sex for about a month,we do it very often because we live kinda close to each other and its easy for us, it is always fairly easy for me to finish him, but yesterday when I was on top (I have been before) I couldn't get him to finish for a good 20 minutes, then he got frustrated because it started hurting me so he got a little softer and it was harder to get in, so we stopped. Is something wrong?
Thanks guys! If you need anything, feel free to pm me!
Have an amazing day! |

Nope. It was one time. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. Personally, I wouldn't bring it up again because he might be sensitive about it.

It happens to the best of us, and it was a one time thing. It's going to happen again. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you or him.

Yeurrp, like everyone's saying, it's perfectly normal to happen once or twice, but if it's a persistent thing every time you try, it may be worth looking into.

It can take awhile if someone is just not as into it as they usually are. If he had some stress or anything, that could be why. If this is the first time it has happened, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Sex is influenced by a lot of different factors- stress, sleep, hormone changes, appetite, focus, mood, performance anxiety, general anxiety, energy level, bodily discomfort or physical pain; the list goes on . These won't always coincide perfectly, and sometimes things just don't work as usual for no real reason. Stuff like this just happens, and this won't be the only time.
Guys can get sensitive if they take too long to finish, especially if they know it's hurting you or you are tired or anything like that. They can easily get frustrated by it, and a spike in emotion like that often causes them to lose their erection. It can be difficult to get it back up again, and sometimes you won't be able to. Having sex with only a partially erect penis can be frustrating, too, for both of you. The good news is stopping isn't a bad thing, and it isn't something you have to feel bad about. If sex isn't working out and one or both of you are getting irritated, simply use a distraction. It's kind of like trying to work really hard on an assignment or project. If you wrack your brains over and over when you face an obstacle you aren't going to find anything, and you will just feel frustrated from pressuring yourself to focus so hard on the problem. Instead, you take a break and go eat something or watch a little TV, right? Same thing with sex. Suggest that you two do something else for a little bit, and rekindle the passion after you have both had a little break to let the frustration ease. That way you still get to have fun and the time doesn't end in frustration. We are YOUNG
