No, it is not possible. In order for you to get pregnant, sperm has to fertilize an egg. Without intercourse, it's virtually impossible to get pregnant.

It's not a dumb question. As you can see, everyone has a different answer, so you certainly aren't the only one who is confused.

The short answer is yes, you can get pregnant without having sex, but it is unlikely.

The longer answer is that in order to get pregnant, sperm needs to get inside your vagina and fertilise an egg. Almost always, this is achieved through intercourse. However, if sperm was to get into your vagina another way (like if your partner ejaculated near your vagina without actually being inside), then you could get pregnant. It is very unlikely, but the risk does remain.

OP wasn't asking about in vitro, she was asking if it was possible she could be pregnant if she never had sex, the answer is no. Acheron's example, while a good one, is highly unlikely.

Sperm doesn't last too long once it has hit the air, so if you did get it inside you by other means such as fingering, then chances are very low.

I got taken to hospital two days ago because I was very sick and they wanted to do pregnancy tests because I am becoming more "sexually active"...pregnancy tests shown up all clear with nothing wrong down there

Potato potato... What's the bottom line answer here? Is it possible without sex as in penetration and ejaculation inside? He answer is yes. Not highly likely, but yes it is possible. I don't want any of my friends thinking they can shoot it anywhere near the v opening and have no chance of causing pregnancy. There is a chance.

In theory, no. BUT. There are cases in which you can. Whenever you come into contact with sperm. So there are cases with mutual masturbation in which it could happen, or just overall being careless and not paying attention to what you are doing. But not likely.
