Sooo... Boob size help? -
February 2nd 2012, 12:57 AM
So - I need some advice/tips/help. First thread post on here I believe - so hey to everyone
If I have posted and forgot, hi again ![]() The problem: I am a pretty short person. I have [Edited by Lou] D's, maybe a lil bigger but not DD's. I REALLY don't want big boobs. REALLY. Surgery is not an option though - I like to keep things natural. Is there any possible way I can get them smaller? The lilest bit helps, im not talkin major here, but anything would be great. -as long as they don't get saggy - want to avoid that I just HATE having big girls. They make doing anything a million times harder. ![]() - Ninja |

I feel your pain. I'm about average height, about 5'6, but my boobs are almost DD's.
Unfortunately, there's nothing I can think of that could help you. The best thing I can think of to make it a little easier is to wear a sports bra or a minimizer. Though you may sleep through half the day, I know I'm in your heart even as you snore away. I love my big sleepy bear.![]() No great artist ever sees things as they really are. Unfortunately, I don't think anything can help reduce the size of your breasts except for surgery. At your height, it could cause back problems for you later in life. Surgery to reduce your breasts doesn't mean they'll be unnatural. Here are some facts on breast reduction for you: http://www.cosmeticsurgery.com/essen...ast-Reduction/
While the surgery is expensive, some insurances might cover it. Read up on the facts and see if surgery is something you'd consider. However, if it isn't, large breasts are something you'll just have to deal with. |

Losing weight i've heard can make your boobs shrink a bit. My other thought is wear a sports bra. That always makes mine feel/look smaller. Along with a tight fitting tank top over that. Maybe two. It could help flatten things out. But really all that'll do is just make them look smaller. Not much you can really do to make they actually smaller.

Hi
![]() Some would say big boobs are a gift. They can make you look great when used right! Maybe try experimenting with different types of bra. You'd be surprised at what different shapes can do for you. An ill-fitting bra will only make your boobs look bigger, so you should definitely get measured by a professional in the store. Sports bra's are great for exercise but I find them uncomfortable if I'm wearing them all the time. You could try getting a Minimiser Bra. These have worked for my friends in the past and I had to wear one when I used to dance. Dressing to compliment your breasts can also help to reduce how big they look. Avoid tops and dresses with high necklines and go for lower, sweeping tops. It'll make your neck look longer ![]() I hope this kind of helps <3 |

Hey there,
I'm very short myself, and have large breasts for my size as well. Honestly, there isn't a way to literally make them smaller without surgery, and really, at a D you really don't need surgery for any health reasons. Breast surgery is a terrible idea anyway, to say the least, it sometimes makes you lose your sensation in your breasts, which is such a pleasurable touching place and would be a shame to lose. There's also nothing wrong with having larger boobies. Sure, I get mad about mine as well, like when guys won't look you in the face, or when somebody asks you if you stuff. But really, so many girls would kill to be in our places. ![]() My tips would be to lose weight (*ONLY* if you need to, as directed by doctor). Other than that, what I do sometimes is wear sports bras, that helps reduce their overall size appearance, two sports bras help as well. Don't bind, that can cause internal damage. Wear flattering shirts for your breasts. You know? That stuff. |

Ok, guy commenting here, but Really, surgery is just about your best option. I had a friend in high school who had DDs and was 4'6".. so she had to had breast reduction to save her back for sure. Even though it is an "elective" surgery, her medical insurance covered it just fine because of the back issues it was causing her. They simply take out some of the fat and breast tissue, and leave the rest. They make the smallest incision either in the armpit or near the nipple, and the scar can be rubbed away within a few months with vitamin E. As far as how "natural" it is... I haven't had the privilege to compare before and after gropes
But she says that after a few months, they feel fine and you can't tell except that your back feels alot better. But, then again. Talk to your doctor about this and see what he thinks.

I am the same. Idk my height ( between 4'9 and 5'1) but im a size D. I can say exercise helps reduce a bit and dont lay on your stomich on bed or anywhere, that makes them grow more. ( i should know)

Hey there,
Like others have said, you can't shrink your boobs without surgery. Of course, there are ways to make them appear smaller though. One way could be by not wearing padded bras or push up bras. That will reduce any extra "largeness" to them. Another thing you could do is possibly research bras that make your boobs appear smaller. I don't know if they have bras like that, but I would assume. You could always check out different styled shirts that make boobs look small as well. For example, maybe V-Neck shirts aren't the greatest idea. Or shirts with ruffles on the chest. Also, some exercise can reduce breast size as well. So that's always an option! Best of luck! :] ![]() I was looking for a breath of life For a little touch of heavenly light But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh |

Hey there!
the only thing that I know works is exercising. The more you exercise you'll notice your boobs getting smaller over a time. But like the awesomeman said don't change them. If you wouldn't look beautiful with them you wouldn't have them. Your size fits you best plus other girls are probobly jealous of you! Count yourself lucky

I know I'm a bit late but I thought I'd post. I'm a DD and I can honestly say I've never had a single problem. Everytime I go shopping for underwear I have a bra fitting, and I admit I spent a LOT on my bras, but they fit perfectly and I've never suffered a bad back or unwanted movement
Plus, [And not wanting to offend anyone here] just because your cup size is D, doesn't mean your boobs are huge. Mine seem normal sized to me, as I think it depends on your back measurement. I mean, a 36C will appear larger than a 30D in actual size. Surgery is a last attempt only, I really cannot recommend a proper bra fitting enough, it's genuinely worth it. Plus, you can have bras fitted and tailored for you. The Queen of England does

There really isn't a way to do it without surgery. It's not really "unnatural," though, you are taking tissue out, not placing silicone in. They would still have a very natural appearance and feel.
Do what feels comfortable to you. I always advise people to try and feel comfortable with their bodies and learn to appreciate them how they are, but if it's really bothersome or if it causes pain later on then there is no reason why you couldn't see a clinician about it and look into some options. Haha I have the exact opposite problem! I guess the grass is always
greener on the other side ![]() I know exercise might help. Both my sister's and my own boobs shrank when we started working out. My sister is blessed on the more larger side, so it wasn't too bad of a problem for her xD So maybe trygoogling exercises that might help. That with eating healthier might shrink your breasts down a bit. I'm definitely no professional and I'm not exactly sure on this, but maybe breast feeding could help. But I think you need to be pregnant at least once for that to work out, ait might only work like that for some women :/ I would recommend seeing a doctor about it, definitely if it is causing back pain. A professional might know more methods than surgery and can help you choose the right one
