Apparently someone said before that this question was about pregnancy let's keep it simple ok. It's not about pregnancy I was just curious... I have never done any of these acts. Neither do I plan to... My question is would it make someone a virgin if they had oral sex or grinded while nude? That's pretty much my question. Or is that not likely? To me it doesn't make them a virgin. It just doesn't. And no I've never done this nor do I plan to... It's about someone else. If that's ok to ask that's all I wanted to know that's why I included gays and lesbians. Like if two guys did it wouldn't that be losing one's virginity?

It depends on your definition of virginity. The technical, typical, heterosexual "penis+vagina" sex? Yes, you would still be a virgin. But really, it's your own choice, things easily lead to other things, some people have different definitions of sex, ext. I consider sex anything intimate with my boyfriend, really. Sometimes it's just extreme making out/cuddling. But it's very sexy to me.

It all depends on how you define virginity. In most cases it is thought of when you have been penetrated, but it is all how you define it. Some people even consider oral to be sex. It's all a matter of opinion!

According to the dictionary definition #1, a virgin is someone who has never had sexual intercourse. I agree with that. I don't count oral, fingers, blow jobs, grinding, ect. I think you may have engaged in sexual activity, but let's keep it real. If you haven't had the snake inside you purposely (not including rape, ect), you've lost it. Then again, I do believe it is however you define it. The way I described it is more of a realistic view.

In my opinion, if you did that you'd still be a virgin. Oral to me is just.. oral and grinding is just foreplay or a bit of fun if you can't do the actually act of sex which to me, is penetration but I guess it's all down to you and what you think, everyone has different opinions on it.

In my opinion, yes. You'd still be a virgin. If you are heterosexual, only intercourse counts as losing your virginity.

I have no real opinion about gays and lebians because I'll be humble enough to admit that I know little about what they consider sex versus foreplay.

By definition "sex" is penis in vaj. But that can be argued. So same thing with being a virgin, it's defined as being like sexually inexperienced. There are so many definitions to everything, it's all person choice as to what you want to define it as. For me it's as define above, you're a virgin if you haven't had boy part in your girl part, or vise versa for males.

Honestly, I think that once you've engaged sexually with another person, it's misleading to call yourself a virgin, regardless of technical definitions. You can still get STIs from oral sex and grinding, so calling yourself a virgin could put future partners at risk who assume that because you are a "virgin", you couldn't have a STI.

I think virginity is a state of mind and opinion more than anything else. If a girl is a victim of sexual abuse at an early age, is she a virgin when she starts dating in her teens? If she dry humps to orgasm with her clothes on, is she? If she dry humps with her clothes off, is she? My own opinion is that she's a virgin until she has willing, successful penis-in-vagina sex. I don't think attempts count, or oral. And really, does it matter much?

Ehhh, the biological thing is iffy. Technically, they're all "It's when your hymen breaks." However, hymens are usually born slightly broken, and are often broken by intercourse, your first time is usually uncomfortable the first time because of being scared and muscle tension. There really isn't a whole lot of the hymen thing anymore. So when are you not a virgin? I think it's more of a state of mind, along with the possibility of catching STIs. That is quite important as well.
