I'm not exactly sure how. Of course, I'm not a dude and my current boyfriend is circumsized, so I can't ask him for advice on it either. Maybe using Google, or some other kind of search engine for tips? Sorry I couldn't be more hopeful to you.

Kind of pointless to stretch it if you're getting circumcised soon. But the best way is to just pull gently all around everyday for at least 5-10 minutes. It works wonders from what some of my friends said. Just be careful not to pull too hard.

Do you have a medical condition that makes circumcision necessary? Can I ask why you're getting circumcised in the first place?
If it IS, a medical condition, there are ointments that can be prescribed to loosen the foreskin, thereby not requiring a circumcision (if they work). Chris (formerly Jazz Guy)

$1,700 for an unnecessary procedure? I cannot recommend this. I'm not sure how you would stretch it, I'm guessing if it was doctor's orders, he would tell you safe ways to do so.

It could be medically necessary. I was examined by two doctors because of discomfort when retracting my foreskin. Both doctors said I could get relief with surgery. Neither one said full circumcision was necessary or recommended. Both prescribed "massages" for my foreskin to loosen it. Basically pulling the foreskin back gently and repeatedly for a period of time every day. They actually encouraged me to work on it in various stages of erection, and also said doing it in a warm bath could be helpful. I followed their prescription, and did not use any other method or medicine. My foreskin comfortably retracts with a little help at times. Depending on the state of erection, it can be painful to pull it back too forcefully. Bottom line, it stretched.

Shawn K. is right. Unless the foreskin is attached to the head of your penis there's no need to go cutting things. Just keep working it back over the head every day and it'll get looser.
