Nope. The only way you won't be a virgin is if you have vaginal intercourse. Pap smears will not break your hymen.

Nope, it won't break your hymen and as Nicole said only sexual intercourse will determine whether you're a virgin or not. But, one thing that many people don't realise is that your hymen can break during masturbation, using tampons and even horse riding.
