As you get more aroused, they'll swell and get harder on their own, but they're also likely to grow as you get older and go through puberty. Otherwise, there's not really much else you can do about them.

3.Do any of you do this?
Well I'm female, but hey. It's a totally normal thing to do, for both sexes. The nipples are erogenous zones, meaning they give a sexual feeling.
