If you've never actually fingered yourself before, it's normal for there to be a burning sensation. If your fingernails weren't clean and trimmed, then you might have accidentally cut yourself inside, but that'll heal on it's own.

As Acheron mentioned, lubrication is necessary for prostate stimulation, for your anus is not really built for the same amount of stimulation as the vaginal canal, and so it needs some lubrication to be able cuts/irritation. Make sure you are well lubricated next time, and that you keep clean. A bit of soreness may be normal, but a burning sensation seems a bit unhealthy. If it carries on the next couple of days, I would recommend you call a doctor about it.

As others have said, keeping clean is important. in fact, it may be wise to wear gloves while engaging in that sort of stimulation, just for cleanliness sake.
