I'm not sure what is normal but my last bf took like an hour to get off when we would do it over the phone and during oral it took like 30 minutes. I think that it's different for everybody so don't feel weird or anything that it only takes you a few minutes. That seems like it would be kinda nice cuz then your arm wouldn't get as tired.
Well, that could actually be considered a premature ejaculation, however you are only 13, and legally you can't have sex for quite a while. The age limit on sex (no matter the age difference) is anywhere from 14-21 and you're still quite young in developement. In even a year you could see these times change drasitcally, and by the time you've reached adulthood (or are futher down the puberty developement time) you can easily expect this to go well into normal territory.
However, as a general rule of thumb you can increase your "staying power" the same way you increase anything. Practice.
Jacob, it takes however long it takes...what's normal for you is determined simply by what it usually takes. So, for you 1-2 minutes is just fine, don't worry about it. It's not a problem, and it's not 'Premature'. It's just you!
At 13, you're probably new to this, so it takes a while to learn all the signals..the feelings and reactions...that lead up to orgasm. With time, you learn to recognize your own body patterns and rhythms..the feelings... and what they mean..so you can control when to stimulate and when to wait. With time and practice, comes that sense of control, and with that, you can better decide when you want to ejaculate.

These days, mine tend to be between 5 and 6 minutes (although there was a time when it ranged anywhere from 10 to 15 or even 20 sometimes...but that was when I first started masturbating). That said, a fair amount of that time is waiting. Completely stopping stimulation before orgasm, waiting a while, and starting again creates more suspense and sexual tension...you might have better luck that way.

Proud to be myself.
The amount of time it takes to ejaculate depends on so many variables, that there is no right or wrong amount of time to determine what is normal or what isn't. Sometimes, it's taken me 10 minutes of intense masturbation to ejaculate, and one time...it only took me 35 seconds. 1-2 minutes is perfectly fine; I know that when I was 13 years old, I was masturbating probably 10 times a day, jerking off at any time during the day and would try all different kinds of stuff. Now that I'm almost 22 years old, I'm certainly more relaxed because I'm in it for the experience and not necessarily the feeling of ejaculation so I have no incentive to rush. You're still in the process of learning your body, and you'll know when to speed up or slow down. The length of time it takes to ejaculate can be conditioned, you just have to practice self-control if you fear that you won't last long during sexual intercourse.
It can take me 1-2 minutes. Normally it takes me 10-30? Something like that. But I am a different gender, along with a different person. What's normal for you is perfectly fine.

& the sun said “it hurts to become."

30-40 minutes during intercourse, probably, 15 or so alone.
It all depends on the person, and whatever is normal for you is fine, as long as you're happy for yourself.
