There is definitely a chance that she could be pregnant. Pre-ejaculate (which is on your penis when you get aroused) can cause her to get pregnant. And pulling out alone can't always prevent her from getting pregnant.

I would advise you to take her to get the morning after pill as soon as possible. And next time, play it safe. Use a condom. If you're going to be having regular sex with her, look in to other forms of contraception. The pill (for her, and others similar) are great ways of preventing pregnancy. That, with the use of a condom, will lessen the chance again. And the condom will prevent the spread of any STI's.

It's better to be safe than sorry. You're clearly worried about getting her pregnant so you should use contraception then you need not worry. It's both your responsibilities to use contraception, as it will be both your responsibilities to raise the possible child.

Stay safe.

Like the above poster said, I think you should definitely have her take the plan B pill. I'd recommend using condoms next time to be safe.

If it is too late for her to take the morning after pill the next step would be to take a pregnancy test. Over the counter tests can be purchased at most grocery stores or pharmacies. They can only give an accurate reading if it has been at least 14 days since she had sex.

I also agree with the above poster that if she is not pregnant I highly recommend that she get on some type of birth control. The withdraw method is not safe if you really want to avoid pregnancy.

There is no way to be able to tell if semen got inside the vagina even with a speculum without having access to more intensive testing.
