Third trimester, not hungry at all. - February 4th 2015, 01:37 PM

I don't know if there's something wrong with me but I'm never hungry. I have about 11 or 10 weeks left and im seeing my doctor soon. For the meantime, I just never find myself actually hungry anymore. I force myself to eat sometime between breakfast and lunch and that usually keeps me full throughout the whole entire day. I don't have any cravings and I don't want to not eat because that's potentially bad for me and the baby's health. I've been making smoothies to drink before bed but that's about it. Am I the only one that isn't hungry at all or did you go through that as well?

I went through the exact same issue and because of it I struggled to gain the recommended amount of weight. I was really worried it would effect my son's development. But he shocked us all by weighing almost nine pounds!

My best advice would be to just relax. Your baby is getting all that they need. They will steal from you if need be. Make sure to take your vitamins everyday, this will help provide nutrients you may be lacking. I found that it helped to drink the liquid meals, like slim fast. They are easy to get down but are heavy in calories and vitamins. Worth a try!
