If you still have male genitals and have sex with someone who has female genitals and use no form of protection then yes you could get that person pregnant.

If you are biologically male, trans but still have the male reproductive organs, and not use any form of protection such as condom or birth control... then yes, you can get a woman pregnant.

If you are trans male, who was born biologically female, then I don't believe you can get a woman pregnant. You will have a penis and a sac, but I think it's all "blanks" as far as I know.

Edit:
"Without a testicle transplant and a functioning ejaculation system transplant, which I have never heard of, it would not be possible for any typical trans man to impregnate anyone by sex alone." - Source

Hey there,

As far as I know, if you were born biologically female and have had reassignment surgery, it's not possible for you to get a girl pregnant naturally. While you have male genitalia, your body will not produce sperm. However, if you were born biologically male and are a trans female who still has male reproductive organs, it's possible for you to get a girl pregnant without the use of protection.

Take care,
Sammi
