Do some squats, and take nice long walks. Or do a little bit of light cleaning at home, that way you wont have to come back to dishes etc.

dont worry tell them your worried and dont wanna go home because your worried that you wont know when to tell to come back.And pineapple does work my cousin whos suppose to have her boy 2 days after me ate alot and her stomach is really tighting

Walk! Up and down stairs, around in circles, everywhere! And if you're able to, have sex... That's what brought on my labor. That, and walking circles around Walmart for a few hours before the sex.

The walking and sex helped with my first pregnancy. We walked around our neighborhood and then came back and had sex. A few hours later my contractions started and they came fast! With my second baby..well we tried everything we could find on the internet that was safe and nothing. They ended up having to induce me before my due date because he was getting too big. So i can't really say that anything will help. It all really depends on if the baby is ready to come out.

Lol i got discharged last night was still 2cm 50% effaced after 2 days in hospital for monitoring, thanks for the advice im going to try these soon because this backache is killing me, wish me luck :]

i got to 4 cm.. stayed there for 12 hours... no progression my comtractions were like every 35 seconds and nothing was happening so they wound up sectioning me =\

Well i finally went into labour on saturday evening and him on sunday at 8:21, It hurt so much it was worth it. :]
