Ok my baby has finally gone up to his distarge weight from when we left the hospital almost 2 weeks ago he is now 7pounds and 1 ounce the health nurse told me today we are still not out of the woods and she calls it because they like babies to be at their birth weight from when they where born at 2 weeks after they are born its confusing hope i didnt get you guys to confused i will post pics of him today or tomorrow on this tread

Yeah they like them to reach their birth weight to ensure that they're growing properly and such.
 Not confusing at all.

It's normal for babies to drop some weight once they leave the hospital. Both my boys did...But then as they got bigger the doctor started telling me they were over weight *sigh* doctors are hard to please lol.
