Its negative but i'm positive?

So recently I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it was negative. However, i'm feeling some pregnancy symptoms.

• Hungry alot
• Backaches
• Headaches
• Nausea
• Dizzyness
• Tired all the time
• Peeing alot

Also, i'm starting to get a bump. The test was negative, but I have a strong feeling that I am pregnant.

Advice? Please.

Well there is such a thing called a hysterical pregnancy. It's when a women gets all of the symptoms of being pregnant but isn't really. I suggest going to a doctor to get a pregnancy test done by them though.

I can't get to a doctor without my mom knowing, and I cant tell her.

I suggest you re-test... alot of people don't take the tests properly, make sure you take it a few days before your expected period first thing in the morning... and I suggest opting for the more expensive ones like first response. Best of luck!

Definitely take another test and if it's still negative and you're still having symptoms, try to find a clinic near you. Sometimes hysterical pregnancies just happen but sometimes they are caused by other problems so it would be best to know exactly what your situation is.

Well, you normally wouldn't get a bump till second trimester. If you are pregnant and you have had a missed period, then you should go see a doctor to see your hormone levels.

just like Taylor said; there are such things as hysterical pregnancies... if you have recently REALLY wanted to have a baby; and kept trying.. that may be it...

also; that at home tests can always be wrong... don't always trust them.
so i also agree with the other people that said maybe you should go to a clinic.

If you're that worried about it, as sad as it is, you may have to tell your mother. She'll probably be upset, but you're her daughter and I assume she'd want to find out just in case you are so you can get properly taken care of (put on vitamins, etc.).

Actually, only the cheap at home tests are frequently wrong. If you get one made by a good company that tests for the actual pregnancy hormone, they're incredibly accurate.

It just might be hysterical. My boyfriend (as crazy as it sounds) wants to have kids as soon as we're both financially stable. I don't exactly agree with him on that, being we're only 14 and 15, but I have been thinking about it ALOT.

If you think you conceived in early June you wouldn't be having back pains from pregnancy. Pregnant women have back pains because they're carrying a lot of extra weight.
You also wouldn't be going to the bathroom frequently. That happens because of the weight of the baby pushing on your bladder.

Not necessarily, one of my teachers had bad back pains in her first trimester because the baby was on like a nerve or something and she wasn't really big, also she had to pee a lot way in the beginning before she even got morning sickness, every pregnancy is different.

Part of the increase urine is increased demand on the kidneys and I want to say that a hormone related to pregnancy can increase urine production. However, increased urine production isn't exclusive to pregnancy and caloric intake shouldn't increase till a little bit later than the first or second month because the caloric demands aren't there yet.
