Back on my right account and an update - November 9th 2010, 03:02 PM

98 days to go, 13 weeks 6 days
Im not starting to worry about the birth as in my family its very common to have a breach baby and the hospital im going to doesnt really want to deliver natural so now im terrified i would have to have a Csection which is something i really don't want.
Im feeling really prepared other than that as now i have all the really big items so just need to stock up on napppies and things like that.
Can't believe how quickly everything is coming around xx

The baby still has a while to turn! www.spinningbabies.com has some things you can do at home to ensure baby is head down. As well as finding a chiropractor that knows the webster technique, they can help with spinning babies too. And as I said in the birthing options thread, its not too late to change providers! If you feel like the hosptial and dr you are using are c-section happy and you don't want that, then change! Your doctor works for YOU, not the other way around. you can FIRE them and get a new dr/midwife/whatever you want to use

"omg i might be pregnant!?!?!"

"ok..calm down..pee on your keyboard...nope its negative"

Don't threat too much, the baby might end up still turning itself as it start to drop. C-sections aren't that bad, I had to have an emergancy one. It takes a while to get back on your feet because you are sore but you should be feeling like yourself again in about three weeks. Make sure you have help with the baby if you end up having to go that route because you need to take it easy for yourself for the first bit.

Check with your health care provider before doing anything on Spinning Babies. They make it clear through reading that there are many factors involved in deciding what positions to use and if their techniques really work, it could potentially move the baby the wrong way or have some unintended side effect.

If you don't want a c-section let it be known. You should only had a c-section if there is a real emergency.

Like someone said above, you still have tons of time to have the baby facing down.
I do suggest looking at the birthing options thread, just so you know all that you can do.

http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f7-pr...birth-options/
Just read through this so that you have a general idea of different things you can do.

Other then that, I am glad the pregnancy is going well! I am excited for more updates and what not.
Take care!
