Sorry but I'm a little confused....are your children the ones that are being kept from seeing you by another hour or so or is it your boyfriend's sister that is being kept from seeing her children? This is such an odd thing...lol..sorry! But yeah...why is the CPS involved and what's been going on? I mean I guess that's none of my business but I was just wondering sorry...hope everything works out and please keep us posted and in touch!

Congratulations to your sister... Best wishes to her.
But, honestly, even though I agree that the system has flaws and can sometimes tear families apart for no reason at all, I have a hard time believing that all you're allowed are scheduled, supervised visits with your child if you did nothing wrong... or were not suspected to have done something wrong... They can't just say, "Oh, we pick you... We're going to take your kids from you today just because we feel like it and we can." Surely someone did something wrong or is under suspicion of doing something wrong. And if I were innocent and knew that I was innocent, you can bet that I'd be fighting the system and asking them to show me every bit of evidence that they have against me... 'cause I wouldn't stop until I had my baby back. Sorry, but someone had to say it... and all of you know that. I hope everything works out for you and your family, though. Best wishes, really. I have to agree...there had to be some reason...if you don't know what that is...I sure would be asking. I don't need to know the whole story but cps has to do what they think is in the best interest of the child-not the parent.
I wish you all the best and can understand how hard this must be for you. If you want to see your child more...I would be thinking and doing what you can to change that. You can't change their decision now...but do what you can to increase the visitations for the future. Make it your mission...I know how important children are to a parent...this is a temporary situation if you make it your mission to change it... I wish you well and definitely keep us posted Teen Spirit |
