32 weeks and really feelin it. - December 14th 2010, 01:37 AM

I really hate "bitching" about how i'm feeling but i really need to get it out to people who understand because my fiancee totally doesnt.
Im only 32 weeks and really starting to get miserable and i know its only going to get WORSE.
I cant hardly do anything.I cant bend over and pick stuff up off the floor or put my own shoes on. Something as simple as shaving my legs has become this HUGE task that takes forever cause i cant bend over with out my belly getting in the way. I cant do anything at all with out getting BH contractions which i have constantly now. And there is nothing i can do to get comfortable. I wake up at night everytime i have to switch positions because its so hard to do now, plus im running to the bathroom all the time cause the baby is constantly on my bladder. I cant eat with out feeling completely miserable. And i keep heartburn and headaches all the time. My back and hips hurt so so bad and nothing helps. And it just feels like its never going to end.

I'm really sorry for the rant, i just needed to get it out.

Oh and for all of you young girls posting on here wanting a baby, i advise you to give it a second thought its not a walk in the park like you think.

Oh, I hear ya'. It's definitely not a walk in the park at all. Between having to pee every 10 minutes and not being able to get comfortable to sleep, it's definitely difficult sometimes.

Have you tried drinking water and relaxing when you start having BH contractions? Sometimes it can really help.

Anyway, best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy.

Yes i have tried drinking water, laying on my left side, taking a warm bath. Nothing seems to help. It seems like i have them all day non stop but they are never painful so my doctor just kinda brushes it off like its nothing.

It's just your uterus getting ready.
Just relax and try to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy it will be over before you know it!

I hear you, at 32 weeks I felt like a blimp, I HATED wearing maternity pants so much that I went out and bought a bunch of dresses and just wore them, and the dresses that I already had turned into shirts which I hated even more. By the time I had Dante I never wanted to see another piece of maternity wear again. For shaving my legs I actually just used an electric shaver so it wasn't such a pain having to do it in the tub/shower. Don't worry you're nearly there, I know it seems like forever yet but it won't be.

Awh love I've never been pregnant myself but I can sympathise, that sounds a bit crap. Do you know any mothers or have friends who have experienced pregnancy that might be able to give you advice on how to deal with these things?? Just try to remember it will go a lot faster than you think. And it will all be worth it in the end (:

Oh my goodness, I feel your pain. I'm almost 35 weeks and I'm SO ready for this to be over with! I'm having almost all the same things . Stay focused and hang in there! And if you're fiance isn't being understanding at least give yourself some credit, mothers deserve a lot of respect for suffering through this! It's not easy! lol

Hang in there

Yeah its definitely no walk in the park. I went to the doctor on wednesday and found out all these wonderful contractions have been thinning my cervix. Im trying to hold out until atleast the 28th of this month so ill be atleast 34 weeks before he gets here. Hopefully he will stay in til full term though, but im just taking it one day at a time right now.
