Okay, I haven't posted in here for a while. So here is a bit of an update. My due date is September 24th so I only have about a month left. I have a feeling he will be born a couple days sooner than that though and I am also hoping it
 . My last appointment was on Friday and my little guy is perfectly healthy as far as we can tell  . But yesterday I had a bit of an accident where I thought my water had broke but it turned out I jest peed and I was really embarrassed!!!! I guess he was kicking my bladder or something. Anyone know if this is common? Or has anyone had something similar happen to them or someone they know?

Hey there!
I honestly don't know much about what's "normal" in a pregnancy, since I've never been pregnant. But I'm sure what happened is perfectly normal. I do know that a lot of people think they're going into labor before they actually do. Sorry I'm not much help. Anyways, I'm super excited for you!! It's such a gift to be able to bring life to this world. I'm sure you're gonna be a great mom!! God Bless!! |

 Congratulations.Having never been pregnant, I can't be of much help. But like you said he may have just kicked your bladder  If you're not in any pain and you're urinating normally now, I would say it's normal.Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, and post pics of your little man

Aw, I wouldn't worry about it. Lots of women have bladder issues during pregnancy.
Just go as often as you can and maybe bring extra undies/pants with you when you go out just in case

Like everyone else said, almost certainly normal. However, if you are worried about anything, get it checked with your doctor because he'll be able to put your mind at rest.
Anyway, congratulations on a healthy pregnancy, I wish you all the best over the next month or so. So happy to see how far you've come with this, I remember talking to you not too long after you joined. Anyway, from what others said it's normal, and although I've never been pregnant I would assume so as well. You going to post pics up after he's born and stuff?

Hey, I've never been actually pregnant but my mother has told me many many stories about her pregnancies. One of them is when she was pregnant with my sister and she was actually going pee when her water broke, that atop the fact that she has told me many times about the fact that if the baby kicks your bladder then you can lose control really easily, especially if you had to go before the kick. So I think with that and what else everyone else has said I think you can be confident in the fact that you are right and the little man just has really strong legs.

Peeing on yourself, while embarrasing, is compeltely normal during pregnancy. Just invest in some panty liners to wear. I do want to say though, your EDD (estimated due date) is September 24th, but the average gestation for a first time mom is 41 weeks 1 day when not induced so you might not want to put all your eggs in one basket as for having your little one come early

I've heard that that is completely normal during pregnancy but if you are still concerned place a call to your doctor or make an appointment.

First off, CONGRATULATIONS!.
Secondly, dont worry sweety. EVERY woman whos ever been pregnant has peed themselves one times or another.  I've been pregnant twice and I'll admit it happened at least once each time. Sometimes you just cant hold it when you're carrying around all that frontward weight! hehe. I'm so happy for you and I look forward to seeing any pics of him when he comes into this world. Spending your life and having children with the love of your life is the most amazing thing ever and I hope everything goes smoothly with the childbirth.
