Is it possible to get pregnant like this?

Hello,

After reading this, you all may think how noob we are and stuff but I would really appreciate if you could just help. I will not use adult words.

I'm 19 and my girlfriend is 18. We both are virgins. Today, we were making out and all. This is what we did and I want to know IF it is possible to get pregnant like this. I was rubbing my thing between her legs and on her V. And I ejaculated and semen got ON her V. I never inserted my thing in her. We didn't have intercourse. We cleaned it after a few minutes. Then she washed her V with water about 10-15 minutes later. My semen was ON her V for sometime. Could have it gotten in her? Don't you need to ejaculate all the way inside a girl to make her pregnant? Even if some of the semen had dripped inside her, it couldn't have gotten deep inside.. I don't think so. Is it even possible for semen to go deep inside itself to get her pregnant? I'm not sure. Well, I explained in as much detail as I could. We are scared. We don't know anything about this pregnancy stuff.

Please tell me if it is possible to get pregnant like that? I don't think.. but I just want to be sure. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant WITHOUT having intercourse?

This is very unlikely, so I wouldn't worry about it. Sperm cannot live for too long when it hits the air, and most likely if it was on her V there is a very low chance that it actually got inside her.
However after 2 weeks she can take a pregnancy test to make sure.

It's not very likely that she would get pregnant like that.
It was just on her V for a little time and in the air like that, then it's even less likely.
But like the above poster said, if you want to be sure, have her take a pregnancy test in about two weeks. <3

Both lovely ladies are right; there is very little chance that the sperm had found it's way inside. Once it hits the air, most of it dies off after a short time, and dead sperm can't fertilize an egg. I wouldn't worry too much about it, and you should make sure she isn't worrying about it either. Stress can cause her period to be late, or not to come at all so it's best for both of you to stay calm. In two weeks, have her take a pregnancy test to ease your minds.

Your chances are very slim that she is pregnant. I don't have an exact percentage, but as other posters have said, sperm does not live long once it hits the air. Don't be too worried.

As we've ALREADY mentioned to you a few times, no. In order to get pregnant, you'd have to ejaculate inside the woman. Here's an equation to remember: Sperm + Egg = Baby. When sperm hits air, IT DIES! Therefore, no. It's almost impossible for sperm to make it's way from the outside of the vagina to the inside of the vagina.

Her periods finished on 18th of this month. So if she gets her next periods on time, this would mean she's okay, right? Let's just say from where we are, it is not easy for us to get our hands on a pregnancy test.

Most of the time if a woman gets her period that's the number one sign that she's NOT pregnant. So yes, you're safe if she gets her period. Which I'm 99% sure she will.

I just wanted to add something else to what everyone has said. No, there's not even a slim chance that she's pregnant. First, is that, yes, when sperm hits air, it dies. Second, out of more than millions of sperm that compete to fertilize an egg, only one even gets to fertilize the egg, and for that one to fertilize an egg is highly improbable since most of them would have been dead. Either that, or they wouldn't have been able to make it to the egg to fertilize it because it requires moving up the V and being exposed causes them to die, and if not, become weaker, if you will. And all she can't get pregnant, simply because you didn't have intercourse. Yes, you do need to be in her to get her pregnant.
So I'd say there's probably a 99.5% chance she's NOT pregnant. So you needn't worry. And yes, getting her period next month will be a sure sign that she isn't pregnant.

So since this post scared the piss out of me when I first read it, I asked my dad. He said quit thinking about sex so much and look it up. I did, multiple sources. Everybody who says its near impossible is right according to what I read. But a couple of the reasons they list are not exactly accurate according to the sites I checked.

Sperm does die when it "hits" the air, but sperm doesn't hit air until the semen it's swimming in dries up. So guys, those gobs we've left on various places around the house contain living sperm for up to an hour if the gob stays wet enough and warm enough. A fertility specialist waits an hour to check a sperm sample for live sperm. After an hour a specialist expects 50% of the sperm to still be alive, and swimming strong.

The little guys are swimmers not climbers. As long as there is a wet warm path into the vagina, there is the possibilty that one of them could swim up into the vagina, then into the tubes. Also learned that it is very true that the environment inside the vagina is not good for sperm...but for the ones that make it to the tubes, the environment is much better. Specialists expect a sperm that has reached the tubes to live for up to five days because it's a good environment for them. Thats why women who have sex a few days before they produce their egg, still get pregnant. Some of the super sperm were waiting around when the egg got there.

So, back to the odds. A couple that has regular no protection sex for a year has a 80-90% chance of getting pregnant. That's if the semen is deposited well inside the woman. Even then only about 250 of the half billion we shoot on average even make it to the tubes, and only one will fertilize the egg. Your situation is nowhere near that "ideal". There would have to have been a lot of moisture down there, I mean wet every where, then this one sperm has got to find its way all the up to the tubes, where nearly 100% fail under ideal circumstances.

Impossible? According to what I read. Damn near. Probable, highly likely? Absolutely not.
