You can get the pill here: www.plannedparenthood.org without your parents knowledge. Depending on income and such, you may get it for free or at a slight fee. Just find your local Planned Parenthood and make an appointment. You can do a consultation in order to find out which pill is best for you, and what the types of fees there will be.
Now, as for weight gain, I don't know. We ALL react to the pill in different ways, and there is no way in telling if one of your side effects will be weight gain. It's all about trial and error. Yeah just go to a local planned parenthood. U can get abortion pills there or birth control pills. And any kind of preventive things really. We all react differently to the pill. Just talk to them or your dr your worried about it if u go.

It's expensive since it's considered a medical procedure. The abortion pill is different than an actual abortion. I mean, the concept is the same but the abortion pill is considered a medical abortion. The other type is called a surgical abortion (since the fetus is removed by a doctor instead of a pill).
