So theres this girl - February 8th 2010, 11:53 PM

I normally don't post about girls but here goes.

I've been chatting to this girl for a couple of years over msn. We met through a friend of a friend of a friend. Anyway, from the beginning she's always been open and honest about her being a lesbian, and I have been open about being bi. However, with me there is definitely a slant of attraction towards guys.

Anyway we flirt all the time and stuff but I always thought it was just good fun and that we were just having a laugh. In the last couple of days she's admitted she has feelings for me and just today she was texting me to meet her cos she wanted to see me, so I did.

Anyway I never really felt an attraction to her until a few days ago and I need some advice on how to approach this.

The problem here is that I'm currently seeing a guy who i really do care for, yet I can't get this girl out of my head! I saw her today and just wanted to grab her and kiss her.. and thats not like me at all.

Anyway I'm wondering if I should approach this or not and if so, how to.

I really think I like her but I think it also could be me enjoying the attention? I haven't seen the guy i'm seeing in a while and I'm thinking maybe it's that.. Anyway I hope someone can help

x

What a shame, what a shame
To judge a life that you can't change

So won't you give this man his wings?
What a shame to have to beg you to
See we're not all the same, what a shame

Is your relationship casual or committed?

If you two are an exclusive couple then it would be unfair to him to be going out with someone else at the same time. Now, if you told him you wanted to take a break and see other people, that would be okay.

As for this girl, its not fair to lead her on if you plan to stay with your boyfriend, unless you tell her beforehand, and she's okay with it.

Looks like you're in a bit of an uncomfortable situation, but you do have a lot of options. Good luck.

I didn't say he was my boyfriend. We aren't in a committed relationship and have both agreed that its okay to date other people.

Also she knows that I kind of like her and she knows that a lot of the things we say are light-hearted.

She's underage and I'm not, as I said in the OP, I just need advice on how to approach it.

She's 15. Age of consent in the UK is 16.
