Going back?

Currently i'm kinda in a long distance relationship with a boy who I love to death.
When I was 13 I had a girlfriend, and I really enjoyed it.
I don't remember exactly why we broke up.
Now we no longer ever talk.
Then I went back to guys.
Did a lot of stupid regrettable things.
And now I have slightly give up on guys other than the one I love that I can't have.
So lately i've been thinking, I really enjoyed dating a girl.
It's just more different.
Like having a best friend, that is more than a friend.
I also had A LOT of fun dating a girl even though I was young.
So i'm thinking I may try dating a girl again and sorta giving up on guys.

My question is. Do you think it's wrong to date a girl, while still in love with a boy that you can't have?
I guess that is kinda a open relationship.
I just want the best of both worlds I guess.

The funny thing is.
I asked my mom how she'd feel if I was a lesbian. (We'll i'd be just bi, haha well I am just bi.)
(And that's another thing, I went from bi to straight back to bi. And recently I have thought about it and accepted that. But still "in the closet" in a sense.)
She said she would support me along with my god mother.
It's more the rest of my family that wouldn't.

So really.
Any thoughts or opinions on this would be nice. =)

Depends if this guys like, other side of the world. If you know you'll never meet then yeah go for it, date a girl or boy. But if you think your gunna meet them and your kinda in a relationship with them, then it wouldnt be wise.
