Question What am I? - March 18th 2011, 04:18 AM

I'm Seth. When people ask me my sexuality, I just respond "I'm Seth, it's nice to meet you!" because in no way is it a part of my identity socially.
I like boys.
Sometimes I like girls, too.

And recently I've been curious.
Sexually, I can get off to either guys or girls... but it feels better with a guy. In fact, I've had sex with women before, but I've never finished from it. I've never had sex with a guy before, though.
Romantically, I don't really like women all that much... in the sense that I haven't for a good amount of time.

So, what am I?

You are yourself and that's quite alright. There are several sexuality scales out there, but they are for classification and labeling purposes and quite frankly you probably don't need them.

Feel free to explore who you are and what your preferences are. It's an important part of your self-concept and you can learn a lot about yourself by looking into it.

You seem to not want to label yourself. That is completely normal. But technically, by sexual standards, you are bi-sexual. You show attraction to both women and men. As you continue on in life, you will know more and more about your sexuality. You shouldn't be ashamed to be who you are. You should be open, and proud of your sexuality. Especially in this day and age, where we are more accepting and open to people of distinct sexualities.

Knowledge is half the battle.

So far, it seems that you haven't been labelling yourself and you don't need to. You are who are you and that's perfectly fine, you don't need to stick a label on everything. In time though, you'll probably be able to figure out what you are, if you do want to label it but as I've said, there is no rush. Just go with the flow and do what feels right for you.
