How do i tell my Mum that I'm bi
 A lot of my friends know and theyre ok with it but we don't talk about it but one of my friends has told people and now theres loads of rumours around about me but even though i know they know i still say no if they ask me because i dont want them to know but i do want my mum to know and the rest of my family like my sister...  anybody able to help??? |

It must seem pretty hard. First of all you and your mum have to be relaxed. It will feel so much better once you get that off of your chest. I'm pretty sure your mum will understand and still love you. It's just another part of what makes you, you! Make sure you guys are both comfortable in the situation. Just ease into it. Just sit your mum down and have a nice little talk.

Hi Trapped!
I can sense how troubled you feel right now, and for that I'm truly sorry. If you are sure that now is the time to tell her, then I agree with Rachel. Sit your mum down and tell her as naturally as possible. But, if you only want to tell your mum because you're scared she might find out from someone else, I recommend waiting until you are ready. You don't need to let others force you out of the closet. You honestly have so much time to take things slow and let your mum know when you want to.
