Okay, so.
My girlfriend Marissa broke up with me today but we're still friends. Then my friend Stevie says that he's gonna hurt himself today. I just... I don't know what to do. Let me get to the real problems: Marissa said I deserve better than her and that made me feel selfish. Stevie saying he'll hurt himself no matter what the fuck I say made me feel useless. I'm depressed already and none of this is helping. I'm severely gender-dysphoric at the moment and that's triggering. And now I want to self-harm so badly. I just... I want to cut my breasts and mutilate them. I want to cut my ass and destroy it. I want to destroy every part of my body. And I'm really dissociated at the moment. I feel completely numb. I need help...  |
