It isn't at all wrong that you want to be happy and feel right, that's pretty much what everyone wants and you deserve that.
Your mum was probably just shocked that that is how you feel which is why she is acting the way she is acting and over time she might eventually come to terms with it or it might just be her way of coping with it but either way, you shouldn't let it stop you from being happy and feeling right. |
