How well does your friend know this person. If she know the girl pretty well she could just chat a bit, ask her if she's ever liked a girl before, you know. Your friend shouldn't full out tell the girl that she likes her until she knows she's at least open to the idea.

Honestly, I think all you can do is support her and tell her that if she needs someone to talk about this stuff with, she can confide in you. I've had a lot of friends who have "come out of the closet" and if there is one thing I've learned, it's that they all come out at different times and ONLY when they feel comfortable with who they are. I think that encouraging her to talk to this other girl more presents no harm though
Hope this helps and good luck to you and your friend!

Hmm I have a very romantic guy friend (not to me of course lol), he had a friend-girl who he wanted to be his girl-friend, but they were close friends before but fought in the summer. Pretty weird between them now, and he wanted to give her a book on valentines day, he texted her he was going to give her a book, she said no and other worse stuff. It was pretty weird between them for too long..
Anyways, As long as the relationship isn't weird or bad past or none of them want to be together, I guess there's nothing wrong with trying, I mean both of them do like eachother |
