How do you tell a guy you like him?

title says it all really.
weve been good friends for about 2 years. last time he had a girlfriend he asked me who i liked, so i told him eventually (it was him then) and he has a different girlfriend now, and i want to tell him again. he keeps on asking me who i like so im going to tell him soon. i always get the feeling he likes me back, although he has a girlfriend.
last time i told him, he was fine with it and my friend asked him if he would ever go out with me, and he said maybe. but i didnt want her to..
anyway, he keeps asking who i like, and if its him. one time he got me alone and went "is he here now" i said no he goes "are you sure" and i didnt say anything. but he still asks me.
any one got any ideas?

The next time he asks you should just say "YOU". Or If he ask "is it me?" be honest. It seems like he alerady knows....

It seems he already knows. My question is, why does he care? If he liked you, then why didn't he ask you out? Why did he start dating someone else? Perhaps HE needs to tell YOU who he likes, and stop playing these silly games with your heart. =/

thankyou for all the help guys,
i told him today.
he asked me who it was first lesson, so i kept him hanging and told him i would tell him later.
it came to english were i sat next to him again, and he asked me.
i said "you have already guess him"
then he pointed at himself, and i nodded.
we got on just fine and it wasnt akward.
at lunch me and my mates were playing dares, nd they told me to shout to this other boy "i love you" so i did, and they boy i like made a really strange face. its hard to explain really.
then in other lessons, he kept looking at me, as he usually does. and has anyone heard of that sign where someone makes a joke, and he laughs and looks at you to see if your laughing? well cos he did that too.
what i dont get is that hes still going out with that girl. i understand if he loves her, but what about all these signs?
i think hes going to see her tonight with one of my best mates

i feel worse now ive told him. because hes not doing anything about it, so i know he doesnt like me. well he hasnt done anything yet. maybe he will think about it? i dont know.

we were online talking, and he asked who i liked,
and i just simply told him that it was him,
that i was falling in love with him, becuase of our friendship,
and he told me that hes falling in love with me too, and thats
why he asked me who i liked, so if he asks again about who you like,

I'd give him a few days to think about it. Spending time with his girlfriend isn't necessarily a bad thing... he may be comparing and contrasting his experiences with the two of you, trying to decide if it's worth breaking things off with his girlfriend in order to date you. This is a decision that can't be made too hastily.

Don't leave yourself hanging for too long, though. If he doesn't approach you by, say, the end of the weekend, then I'd ask him what he plans to do. Don't pressure him into making any particular decision, but do let him know that it sucks to be in this state of limbo, not knowing what he wants from you - friendship or a relationship. Hopefully, he'll be able to give you a straight (or somewhat definite) answer at that point.

Worst-case scenario, he may not be interested in you, or not interested enough to leave his current girlfriend. I know it hurts right now, but believe me, it's for the best. It's better to know that someone doesn't like you in the romantic sense, vs. being uncertain and wasting your time wondering about it. If that turns out to be the case, at least you'll be able to move on and find someone else.
