Birthday present for my boyfriend -
January 25th 2010, 09:57 PM
It's my boyfriend's birthday next week and he has insisted I don't buy him anything, but I will anyway.
I've already brought him a leather wallet because I saw that in town and liked it. I know what I'm getting him as a jokey kind of present, he was messing around saying he liked those girls slipper socks and wanted a pair because they look so comfy so I'm going to buy him that as a joke present. To really bring the gift together I want to buy him one other present... budget for it is up to about £15 seeing as the wallet was £12 and the socks will be no more than a few pounds. Baring in mind we have not been together long and I don't really know what else I can get him that he will use and appreciate. I want to buy him something no one else would really think to buy. Obviously I'll wrap it all up pretty and give it to him on his birthday with a card and everything. So ideas people? |

I really don't know how much money that means. For my boyfriend, for Valentines Day I think, I got him multiple things, but the unique things were a scrapbook and m&ms with our faces on it and stuff. However, if you haven't been together long, you can't really make a scrapbook. Those m&ms are always kinda unique. I don't really know what else you can get him thats really unique. I'm usually really good at choosing presents, and helping others choose presents but I don't know your boyfriend so I can't say what would be good for sure. A polo is nice, if that's his style. If it isn't, maybe a hoodie of some sort?I got my boyfriend a wallet for his last birthday as well, and for Valentines day I'm getting him a pretty nice leather reversible belt. I don't know if your boyfrined needs a belt or even wears a belt, but it would go along with the wallet well and prolly won't be expected. Sorry if i didn't help at all. :/

Thanks for the input.
I have looked around. I picked him up a really cheap top today actually. I'm trying to think of one more thing to bring the present together. I'm pretty stuck but I'll find something he'll like I'm sure. It's hard when you're just starting out with someone. God valentine's day is going to be fun... but I'm not even going to think that far ahead lol. |
