so lost plz help

So i dated this guy for 4 months but we only ever went out on like 3 real dates cause hes always busy and his moms really bossy i think too. anyway i broke up with him cause he never wanted to spend time with me and every chance i got when he wasn't busy to spend time with him he'd tell me i need to hang out with other people witch i did all the time when he was busy. I just really missed him and wanted to be with him but he would always come up with some lame excuse as to why he couldn't hang out with me. He acted like he loved me sometimes but then other times i wasn't so sure. Anyway on valentines day i was really hoping i could spend the day with him so i asked him if he was busy a week before and he said he didn't know and probably wouldn't until that day so on that day I texted and asked if he as busy and he said he was busy cleaning which i think i stupid because he could clean when he got back i only wanted an hour or two with him it was valentines day. so yea after that i decided id break up with him because i deserved someone that had time for me and I didn't think he loved me at least not in the same way i loved him. But I still love him so a week ago I finally broke and had to tell him I still loved him (i told him over text) and he texted me saying that before he says anything he wants to talk in person. Well i kinda expected him to come to me to talk in person but the next day in school he had many opportunities to come to me and he never did. So i was going to come to him but i got scared and just walked away now easter break starts tomorrow and hes going to France so i wont get a chance to talk to him for 2 weeks and I'm really confused I don't even know if I still love him or if I want him or if I'm doing all of this because I'm desperate and he was my first love so I don't want to let go of him. I just don't have any clue whats going on any more. Do you think he could still love me? Should I try to talk to him tomorrow if i get a chance (which is doubtful)? Should I talk to him after break? Should I just move on and find someone new? I just don't know what to do please help. Oh and thanks for reading all of this I'm sorry it was really long.

So just to be clear, you are broken up?

I think you should just move on. He obviously doesn't care about you that much, otherwise he would have made the time for you. And even if he is genuinely busy, he should have had the decency to explain that to you rather than just stringing you along. You did the right thing by breaking up with him. He might be a nice guy, but there isn't any point in going out with someone who is never there.

Hi there, I'm sorry that you're so confused and you feel this way. Frankly, I think that you deserve a guy who will give you his time. I know that it must hurt but if a guy really cares about you he'll give you his time and put more effort into making it work. You deserve so much better than this. Hang in there and take care.
