Welcome to the Friend Zone. She doesn't see you as a potential boyfriend, and there's not really anything you can do about it. Next time you like a girl (and there will be other girls, no matter what it seems like at the moment), be flirtatious instead of friendly.

Get to know her a lot more, try talking to her in school. Maybe try asking her out sometime. You never know until you try, and i think you should. If its a little uncomfortable for you, try goiong on a like a double date. Ask some of her friends to come, and some of your friends, it will ease the tension a little. Just try your best to get to know her, and have her know you. Good luck, hope i helped!!
