Okay so there's this girl at my school that I've really gotten to know over the last 6 months, we don't have classes together now because we switch every semester, but I still have lunch with her, walk her to class/to her ride but we've always had a strange friendship.

She flirts alot, but also jokes about it. And whenever it comes up, she denies liking me more than a friend, but another time she said she'd go out with me..

Oh, I'm a freshmen and she's a sophomore. So what do you guys think?

I honestly think that she isn't sure herself that she does like you. BUT the fact that she would say that must mean that she's thought about it and that's the outcome of what she's decided. I wouldn't go into anything if you two both weren't sure. To answer your question, she kinda does! :]

Us girls are very confusing aren't we? Sorry about that. It sounds to me that this girl is unsure of where she stands with you. It sounds like she has thought about the idea of going on a date with you, but is laughing about it as a cover up. I think she could be unsure of what you're feelings are about her, so she makes jokes about flirting with you and going on a date because she wants to see how you feel without getting rejected herself. Girls are funny that way. But that's just how it appears to me. I think if she knew how you felt about her this game she is playing would stop because she knows how you feel about her. I think she is just confused on her end, so she is giving you the idea that she could like you just to see what you're response is. But that's just an idea.
