I am in a relationship with a girl I truly care about a lot. I love her more than any one I have dated before, and I only have 2 years left with college, so I am thinking about what to do after that, and I want to spend it with her.
there are some major blocks in the relationship, such as she is from China, and her parents dont like how "young" I am, and try to force her to make their decision, and things like that, but I will fight to get through that.

Now, the major problem I have is that when we first started to date, I cheated on her. I can't tell her that without losing the relationship, but I feel like she has a suspicion because I am kind of a bad liar. I regret what I did so much, but I can't do anything about it, and I feel terrible inside, like I just have to come clean. But I can't. I don't know what to do, like I have to tell someone, change it, but I can't.

Honesty is a big part of relationships. If you come clean to her and she's not willing to move on from it, then the relationship wasn't meant to be.

I agree with the above. I think you should tell her, it'll stop bothering you, and every one who's been cheated on deserves to know about it.
Tell her how terrible you feel. If she still doesn't want to continue the relationship, then you'll just have to learn from your mistake.
Sorry if that sounds harsh but I just feel cheating is one of the lowest things a person can do.
As for her parents, she'll just have to maturely talk to them about it and you can try being super polite towards them, maybe they'll warm up to you.

You do have to tell her. She'll find out eventually anyway, expecially if you stay together after college. And if you leave it until then saying nothing, you have MUCH more chance of losing her.
