I would ask him.
I know it's a bit direct and, if he's not, it will be very insulting. But I just don't have time for investigative work.  If, however, you want proof first, I suggest asking people if they have seen him with another girl and checking his phone for messages (if possible)*. *Before someone tells me this is an invasion of privacy, I already know.

I would talk to him about it. Don't straight out accuse him, but whatever proof you have or whatever caused you to believe he is cheating, bring it up with him and just ask about it. Thats the only way you can find out for sure.
