So anyone following my threads will know that my boyfriend goes to a different University and I get pretty insecure about it. Sometimes though I just need reassurance to make it a little easier and so I guess that's what I'm asking for now.
It's normal for him to go to parties and kegers with his new friends on the weekends right? As long as we both trust eachother I shouldnt be feeling anxious about this? |

It is normal, many college guys will go out to parties. You just have to trust him and have good communication and know that he will be completely honest with you.

Just try to stay in contact with him; spend time with him on the weekends, maybe join him at a party he's going to with his friends. It will probably help ease your insecurities. Most importantly, you should trust him. Trust is one of the most important foundations of a relationship.

Normal. My boyfriend went to school only a half hour away, but him and his buddies had parties all the time when I wasn't around. Parties are part of the college experience.

Yes, parties are completely normal. Just because it is a drinking party, even with a keg, doesn't mean people are there just to hook up (although there are some parties where that is definitely the case).

Yes, it is perfectly normal for him to go out and party. Really it comes down to the trust factor. You need to realize that you can control him going to parties or anything like that, so really all you have is trust.
