Hi!

Wow does anyone else feel like this? I'm soooo fed up of being single! No man ever looks at me in a way that says "I fancy her" or anything of the sort

Theres not a single valentines day where I've been in a relationship

I'm soooo lonely xx

I think there are times when everyone becomes lonely. However, embrace it instead of wallowing in it. Being single can have it's advantages too: Like alone time for yourself when YOU really need/want it, being able to date multiple guys to figure out which one you like most, etc. Valentines Day, in my opinion, is just a Hallmark holiday (made up!) so people can waste their money on useless gifts. Chocolate? Your just going to eat it. Teddy bears? You'll forget about them in a few years. Cards? They'll just go in the garbage. You don't need ONE day to remind you that you're in love or like someone!

Like Shannon said, Valentine's Day is just a made up holiday. You don't need a guy to make you happy!! Even if you don't have a boyfriend or someone you have been dating you still have your friends and family that love you just as much, if not more! Being single does stink but at the same time it's so relaxing. You don't have to worry about what to say, how to say it, you can do things for YOU and just have fun! With a boyfriend they usually tag a long so you never have that "me time" that almost everyone appreciates. I haven't had "me time" in goodness knows how long. So live it up!

Plus, I'm sure there's a guy out there that does fancy you. Guys are just as shy as girls, believe it or not and some won't just come right out and say it. Just never stop smiling because someone out there right now is falling in love with your smile.

You are far from alone. there are plenty of people just like that including me.
I've always been wanting a girlfriend who is caring and there for me when I need her, but when you suffer from mental health problems people just dont know how to deal with it.

I lost my virginity on valentines day, just cos I was with someone one valentines day doesnt mean anything, because I'm single now! better not to be with someone on valentines day unless its going to last!

There are lots of good things about being single, which include:

• You don't have to make time for someone else.
• You can flirt with whoever you want.
• You can be independent, you don't have to make someone happy.
• Relationships take lots of work, and sometimes you have to make sacrifices.
• Breakups are never painless.

So instead of focusing on how terrible it is being single, think about how great it is! You'll find someone someday, just stay hopeful.
